On October 25, Ambassador Ma Jia met with Vice-Chairman of Myanmar's State Administration Council (SAC) Deputy Prime Minister Vice-Senior General Soe Win in Nay Pyi Taw. They exchanged views on the promotion of China-Myanmar friendly relations, stability in the border regions, Myanmar internal peace, and military-to-military cooperation. Also present at the meeting were Defense Attache Senior Colonel Qu Zhe, Counselor Ms. Qiao Li and Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs U Lwin Oo.
