U Win Zeyar Tun, Vice Chair of the LMC National Coordination Unit (Myanmar) and Deputy Director General of the Department of International Organizations and Economy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, attended the event online as well.

Minister Counsellor Zheng Zhihong said that art should be a carrier of a country's cultural prosperity and a concentrated embodiment of the country's comprehensive strength. Art works could provide a source of spiritual nourishment for the people to greatly enhance their sense of happiness. Art knows no national boundaries and serves as an important bridge and bond for cultural exchanges among LMC countries. Cultural exchanges among LMC countries are conducive to promoting common cultural development in the region, deepening good neighborly friendship among the six LMC countries and promoting the building of a LMC cultural community, thereby maintaining sustainable peace, development and prosperity in the region. He hoped that students from each country would not only improve their professional skills through this youth camp, but also develop precious LMC friendship and jointly contribute to the building of the LMC cultural community.

Union Minister U Ko Ko expressed gratitude for China's funding of LMC projects and stressed that this youth camp could strengthen cultural exchanges and enhance cultural understanding among LMC countries. He hoped that young students could accumulate creative experience, improve their artistic level and broaden their artistic vision through this camp.

Chief Minister U Maung Ko expressed his welcome to the students and experts participating in the youth camp and hoped that the young students would exchange their skills, build friendship and broaden their horizons through the event.

Vice Chair U Win Zeyar Tun indicated that this youth camp should not only serve as an artistic event but also play an important role in promoting regional exchanges and maintaining regional prosperity and stability. U Win Zeyar Tun proposed a vision that LMC projects would harvest greater success in 2023.
